Your tracking details will be sent to you in your confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.  Orders placed before 1.30pm will be received the next working day and orders placed after this cut off will be the dispatched the following day.

You can change or cancel your order up until the point it has been despatched.  Due to extremely high order volumes it usually it takes between 1-4 hours before your order is completed from our end and despatched. 

Due to the nature of these testing kits returns are not permitted.

If ordered before 1.30pm you will receive your order the next working day.  If ordered after 1.30pm your order will be despatched the next working day and received the day after.
